KTB General Services and Security Co.,Ltd. or KTBGS is a subsidiary of Krung Thai Bank Public Company Limited (KTB) which wholly owned 100{1e9df3ff221fec67f2b46c55bd82e9961ae187e1b606f79864c8b507548386d0} of KTBGS. Company began operation on 1 September 1997 under the name KTB General Services Co.,Ltd. until March 2015 changed to KTB General Services and Security Co.,Ltd. following to SECURITY GUARD BUSINESS ACT, B.E. 2558 (2015).
KTBGS provides main services into 5 categories 1) Cash in Transit which offers transporting cash for Banks and Financial institutions and ATMs cash top up and maintenance services. 2) Security and Cleaning services. 3) Facilities management for office buildings and integrated training center for Krung Thai Bank. 4) Printing Solution and letter circulation services for Financial institutions. 5) Other services like Call Center, Loan Collection, Messenger and Data Entry.
Currently, KTBGS is the leader in Cash Transit sector with the highest market share of 35{1e9df3ff221fec67f2b46c55bd82e9961ae187e1b606f79864c8b507548386d0} of total market sector (Informed by Department of Business Development report 2015). Total revenue of past three quarters of 2017 is about 1,621.8 Million Baht.

“People” is the key focus of the company, since 2014 till now KTBGS follow Corporate Theme “Caring for you” we try to make our people feel that our work place is their second home. This year we are highlight in our core principle of ethical brings sustainability to company. We pass on our people about “Integrity” value in every steps of their work. We do the Workshop together with Foundation of Virtuous Youth of Crown Property Bureau for finding “3 Core ethical of KTBGS” which will be final by end of this year. We also join Thai Future network campaigns held by Thailand Sustainable Development Foundation of Crown Property Bureau to help “Reduce debt for staffs of KTBGS”.
Entering the Digital age or Cashless Society has major impacted to KTBGS like we aware since for 3 years. We handle it by slowing down Cash in Transit and ATM section for employment of about 500 positions and switching to new business opportunity like Loan Collection since 2015. We can do the whole process of Loan Collection successfully which also benefit debt management for KTB our parent company.
CSR activities
For the past 20 years, our company has been engaging in a wide range of CSR activities that contribute to our Corporate Theme “Caring for you” especially during year of 2014-2017. You means Customers/ Employees/ Shareholders and Society. We strictly to follow ethical management policy and want to make our employees feel like their second home at work. For social responsibility we start a project called “KTBGS Empower Social Sustainability” to connect Education, Religious and Society together. We believed that it’s a fundamental for sustainability of our organization society and nation.
Beyond this we has been engaging in a wide range CSR activities and our main activities like;
• Support Royal initiated project of Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn for building Education building for novice at Central education center of novice at Praparaiyat School Pa Kam Vithaya, Phayao Province and Nan Province since 2015. Then in 2016 donate stationaries, computers, science lab, arts supplies and novice scholarship since mainly of novice there are Hill tribe people of Thailand with poverty. In 2017 we do Thot Par Pa Sa Mak Kee (Offering robes to Buddhist priests at monastery) to raise fund for maintenance school and equipment and continuously scholarship for novice. Furthermore, offering a van for student transportation and a pick up car for emergency and rescue matter for community of Wat Sri Mueng Mang, Phayao Province.
• Support Annual merit making ceremony ( Thot Kathin) at Wat Kreung Tai, Chiang Rai Province
to raise fund for “Accommodations for Vipassan Meditation participants” at Cherntawan International Meditation Center, Chiang Rai Province by Phra Mana Wutthichai Wachirametee.
• Sign MOU to help disabilities by hiring 70 of them with Pikarnpanya Association by July 2016 aiming to let them see value in themselves and have a work to do for public benefit activities for organization.
Our CSR activities can be divided into main categories which consider internal and external projects. Where we focusing in internal projects more than other as we have over 7,500 employees. Which including taking their family of at least of 7,500×3 = 22,500 people lives needed to be taking care of that’s why we continuously do internal CSR projects like;
• Since 2013, we grant over 500 Scholarship offer for the children of employees who has good grade but lack of capital to further their educations
• Host Kid Camp to offer the children of employees to participate to build self-learning and social skills by doing activities that pass on integrity and sharing society together with their confident.
• Retirement program awareness for all level of employees including financial planning and philological preparing after retirement.
Our Award honors
We are the winner from KTB First: Firm-Corporate Governance Awards from KTB First: Firm-Corporate Governance Awards 2014 for third times in Gold Class category. We are really proud of this award held among wholly owned subsidiary company of Krung Thai Bank.
Also in 2016 we got “Outstanding Business” award for 11 consecutive years (From 2006-2016) in the Outstanding Labor and Welfare for large enterprise with labor union held by Department of Labor Protection and Welfare, Department of Employment of Thailand. It is a proof that we are really focus to give benefits to our employees, family, stakeholder, society and environmental to sustainability.
